Customer pays return shipping on items being returned due to non defects. Items that are damaged or defective, will be picked up by our shipping carrier and paid for by Hurricane Rita. Please package items in the original box used in shipping your product. Credit will be applied to the card number used for the purchase.

Orders of Decoratives and Gifts over $100.00, will receive Free Ground Freight. For Free Freight, orders must have a shipping address in the lower 48 states (USA). Shipping will be United States Parcel Post(USPP) or Fed Ex Ground, from our warehouse. Merchandise should arrive 5-7 days after you place your order online. For faster shipping, we use Federal Express (FedEx) air. Please call us at (772) 216-2953, or email us for a quote on First and Second day Air rates. They also have Saturday deliveries.

Teak Furniture orders will arrive C.O.D, FOB (freight on board) from our warehouse in Florida.This means, you will pay for the shipping at time of arrival to the carrier(truck driver). Teak items are too large for us to ship USPP, and will come via a trucking firm that services your area.We can give you an estimate by phone on amount of shipping.
